All vacant lots in Bentwater will be checked after each of the four mow dates. We ask that you inform your mowing contractor of the following requirements:

• Property must be mowed completely excluding only areas with heavy brush that cannot be mowed.
• Property must be mowed to the road pavement
• Grass and weeds must be mowed as close to obstacles, i.e. trees, rocks, power poles, power boxes, telephone equipment and culverts, as possible
• Any grass or weeds higher than the electrical boxes has to be cut
• Grass and/or weeds must be less than 10 inches on the mow date

Property that does not meet these requirements on the mow date will receive a notice of non-compliance with the Bentwater restrictions and you will be asked to have the lot remowed to meet the requirements. If the lot is not mowed within 10 days of the non-compliance, the lot will be forced mowed and the cost of the mowing plus a $50.00 fee will be assessed.
